Robert Florke is a trial attorney with the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Hasson, P.C. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters since 2001. In his capacity for the firm, Mr. Florke represents our clients for injuries and other losses sustained as result of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, intentional torts, and slip and fall cases. Mr. Florke has been recognized by The State of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 2008, and has tried over 75 cases to verdict.
Mr. Florke graduated from the Temple University Beasley's school of Law, Philadelphia, PA in 2000. While at “Temple Law School" Mr. Florke was a member of the Jessup Moot Court Team and the Temple Int'l and Comparative Law Journal. His article, "Castaways on Gilligan's Island: The Plight of the Ailing Worker in the Northern Mariana Islands” was published in Volume 13, No. 2 of the Law Journal in its 1999 Fall Edition. Mr. Florke also had an internship with the Philadelphia City Solicitor Office during his 3rd year of law school.
Mr. Florke it is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice, which is a statewide association dedicated to protecting New Jersey's families by working to preserve and strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Florke a served with the New Jersey Army National Guard as a Calvary Scout and was also a volunteer firefighter.
